A Certificate of Origin is a document required by foreign governments validating that goods in a particular export shipment are wholly obtained, produced, manufactured, or processed in a particular country (the country of origin).  Even though the commercial invoice may include a statement of origin, all countries require that a separate certificate be completed, with the exception of certain countries engaged in Free Trade Agreements.

Certificates of Origin are available through the South Orange County Regional Chamber of Commerce.  This service is offered free to our members.  Non members pay $50.00 per Certificate.
